Gianno Glorioso.
He’s our Senior Account Manager at SysGroup. He shares his journey, career insights, passions for sport, and what excites him most about helping customers and collaborating with colleagues at SysGroup.
What was your very first job?
First job was a construction worker. Mixing cement, digging holes, laying pipes it was a humbling experience.
If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be?
A rugby player playing in the word cup final.
If you had to give a TED Talk on something random, what would it be?
Conspiracy theories and that most of them are in actual fact not ‘’conspiracies’’.
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to learning here?
Different ideologies, strategies and thought processes from higher management and esteemed colleagues.
If you could invent one office perk, what would it be?
Bold question, definitely in an house catering/ chef on standby 5 x days a week.
What’s the most exciting part of your role at SysGroup?
Meeting new people and personalities daily basis, whilst also overcoming any challenges said customers face, alongside the collaboration and internal culture we have here at SysGroup.
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I like to be busy, I am an avid sports enthusiast – boxing, MMA, rugby, football you name it. I live an active lifestyle so always in the gym, fitness, outdoors (weather dependant).
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received (work or life)?
‘’what you put in is what you get out’’
