What was your very first job?
Shop assistant in a Newsagent – early starts marking up newspapers before delivery (all before newspapers were online!)
If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be?
An astronaut – I would love to go into space.
If you had to give a TED Talk on something random, what would it be?
You can do and be anything you want – just stay positive and put your mind to it.
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to learning here?
New tooling and its application.

Take your dog to work.
What’s the most exciting part of your role at SysGroup?
Come on – exciting is pushing it – I am a lawyer. I do get a buzz when we are doing a corporate transaction like an acquisition, knowing the positive impact and benefits it is going to have for the business and employees.
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
Outdoor circuit training, yoga, walking my dogs and drinking wine.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received (work or life)?
Never give up and always be honest with yourself and others.
