Celebration Balloons

We're over the moon with our latest award nominations, but now we need your help!

We have been nominated for "The Customer Service Award" and "Pen Testing Solution of the Year" in the Computing Security Awards for 2018! The Computing Security Awards celebrate innovations in IT and the individuals and teams who make them possible. We have been recognised alongside other exemplary companies, and we're eagerly anticipating the awards ceremony on the 11th of October to hear the results.

Before we can celebrate, however, we need your help! Voting for all categories remains open until 2nd October, and we hope you'll agree that SysGroup deserves a place at the winner's table!

The nomination for the "Customer Service Award" reflects a commitment to service as our first priority. Expanding our customer service team has been a priority in 2018, and we have been brainstorming ways to continuously improve the customer experience at SysGroup. Our team deserve all the accolades for how they have prioritised communications with customers and sought to answer all service desk inquiries with quick and effective solutions.

Our second nomination highlights the SysGroup 'Pen Testing Lite' service, which has been an exciting recent development. We already offer comprehensive IT security as part of our service offerings, and a key component is penetration testing, or 'pen testing' for short. You may already be familiar with pen testing, which uses several methods to identify and exploit potential vulnerabilities in your IT infrastructure, so you can strengthen your defences and better protect against cyber-crime. Our new 'Lite' level of pen testing has been recognised because it is especially popular for providing a general overview of our clients' security systems and helping them to see if they would benefit from undertaking a full pen test in the future. We're really excited about the opportunity to highlight 'Pen Testing Lite' because we can share our passion for cyber-security education and draw attention to the benefits of 'ethical hacking' skills.

Recognition for these accomplishments would be an incredible honour, and if you agree, we'd love to have your vote in the Computing Security Awards!

Remember, voting closes on 2nd October, so don't miss the opportunity...and don't forget to browse through the list of different categories and nominations to cast your vote for the best in the UK IT security industry! Thank you for your support!
