Position Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing People Team reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture. We are passionate about our people at SysGroup, and therefore this new role will act as an ambassador for candidates ensuring we offer an exceptional candidate experience. Working with key stakeholders internally and externally, you will drive our people plan ensuring we attract and retain the best talent who embody our core values to support business growth and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source high-calibre candidates utilising innovative recruitment techniques, tools and methodologies to maximise direct hire conversion rates, and improve our candidate quality and pipeline
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure our processes and practices are fit for purpose
  • Manage applications on our ATS - Zoho Recruit, ensuring all jobs and applicants are up-to-date in real-time
  • Produce monthly recruitment reports e.g. time to hire, time to fill, recruitment costs
  • Manage and co-ordinate recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding
  • Proactively source and identify potential talent through social media and networking
  • Work together with the wider People Team and Marketing Team to create inclusive and engaging content for our careers page to attract potential talent
  • Represent SysGroup at recruitment events
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders to build a pipeline of great talent

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Previous recruitment experience with a focus on technical recruitment
  • Experience in assessment tools e.g. competency-based interviewing, behavioral questions and assessments
  • Knowledge and experience of sourcing tools and social media
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven success of direct sourcing and ability to adopt creative and innovative ways to build candidate pipelines
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practice with candidate experience at the heart of what you do
  • A people person, with a supportive and co-operative attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb organisational skills and a natural multi-tasker
  • A pragmatic approach to handling high-priority and challenging requirements
