As our Systems/RMM Engineer you will will help with customer onboarding request and general triage, and escalation of issues from our monitoring team/service desk.
Title: Systems/RMM Engineer
Location: Home-based, with occasional travel to SysGroup sites
Reporting To: Systems Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be working as part of the Systems/RMM team, and will help to deliver professional services to customers and our internal systems using our N-Able N-central monitoring systems and other tools.
Candidates are expected to be capable of working under their own initiative and to collaborative engagement with their peers.
