The Technical Operations Team (TechOps) provides all IT support across the SysGroup customer base and internally to SysGroup stakeholders. The area has recently been restructured into two clear functional areas under a new Chief Technology Officer.
The first functional area covers Service Delivery and supports the install, monitoring and maintenance of all systems, including the oversight of our datacentre footprint. The team has a number of specialists that focus on connectivity, cloud, infrastructure and monitoring
The second functional area oversees Project Management, Consultancy and Pre-Sales and provides support across the business to close new business, manage implementation and deliver high quality consultancy services.

We are looking for people with an energy and commitment to be part of a fast growing and ambitious organisation. You will have experience of implementing and managing Remote Monitoring and Management systems (RMM). The role will support the Service Desk to ensure that devices have the correct levels of software installed and that all critical areas of a solution are well managed. You will also work very closely within the Service Delivery function to lead on the ongoing development of our approach to RMM. SysGroup uses the SolarWinds NCentral platform so experience of this platform and the roadmap for its development will be a considerable advantage in this role. You will provide leadership for the RMM function and build on the current foundations that have been put in place. This is a critical role in the Service Delivery Team and requires someone with a sense of ownership and tenacity to ensure that the necessary elements of RMM are correctly implemented, managed and any issues are quickly resolved.
