The sales approach is consultative to guide customers through the complexities and developments in the IT market, and we aim to develop strong client relationships to become an extension of their existing IT department.

Role Summary:

The Head of Marketing will take ultimate responsibility for all marketing activities across the Group, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Executive Officer to drive top line revenue growth. You will be an expert in your field and have experience of working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology business that is focused on growing monthly recurring revenue.

Responsible For:

  • Develop and deliver a sustainable strategy to generate inbound demand for SysGroup's services using digital, social, paid and targeted campaigns
  • Ensure that the SysGroup brand maintains a strong presence across all channels and is well recognised by both existing clients and new prospects
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new market segments and ensure that our messaging is both consistent and current
  • Work with third-party PR partners to maximise editorial coverage of SysGroup and gain maximum exposure at all times
  • Work to ensure SysGroup is listed in all relevant award categories throughout the course of the year
  • Develop senior level relationships with our vendor partners to ensure sales & marketing accreditations are maintained and maximum MDF is awarded to SysGroup
  • Add credible value to the Senior Leadership Team of SysGroup, and build relationships with peers to ensure all areas of SysGroup support marketing activity
  • Report on key KPIs to ensure the desired outcomes and return on investment is being achieve

About You

  • Previous experience of leading a marketing function for a fast-paced, high-growth tech business
  • World-class leadership skills with a natural desire to win
  • The ability to prioritise goals and deliver to deadlines
  • Demonstrable success of creating and delivering past marketing campaigns
